3.Wear and tear from regular use.
4.Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
If your AutoFlush encounters a defect during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
Your order number or proof of purchase.
A detailed description of the issue.
Photos or videos showing the defect, if possible.
2.Assessment: Our support team will assess your claim and may request additional information. If the product is found to be defective, we will guide you through the warranty process.
3.Replacement or Repair: Depending on the issue, we will either repair or replace the defective product. If a replacement is necessary, we will send you a new AutoFlush Smart Self-cleaning Dog Toilet at no additional cos.
Return Shipping: If a return is required for the warranty claim, the return shipping cost will be covered by PetBrilli for defects covered by the warranty.Replacement Shipping: Any replacement parts or products will be shipped to you free of charge.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. PetBrilli will not replace the order or issue a refund.
