1. Warranty Policy

PetBrilli provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Our AutoFlush Smart Self-cleaning Dog Toilet comes with a 12 months warranty to cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Please read the details of our warranty policy below:

Duration:

The warranty covers 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality of the AutoFlush Smart Self-cleaning Dog Toilet.

Malfunctions or breakdowns that occur under normal usage.

What is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.

Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or harsh conditions.

Wear and tear from regular use.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.

If your AutoFlush encounters a defect during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

(1)Contact Our Customer Support Team: Reach out to us at support@petbrilli.com with the following details:

Your order number or proof of purchase.

A detailed description of the issue.

Photos or videos showing the defect, if possible.

(2)Assessment: Our support team will assess your claim and may request additional information. If the product is found to be defective, we will guide you through the warranty process.

(3)Replacement or Repair: Depending on the issue, we will either repair or replace the defective product. If a replacement is necessary, we will send you a new AutoFlush Smart Self-cleaning Dog Toilet at no additional cost.

3. Shipping and Costs

Return Shipping: If a return is required for the warranty claim, the return shipping cost will be covered by PetBrilli for defects covered by the warranty.Replacement Shipping: Any replacement parts or products will be shipped to you free of charge.

4. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.PetBrilli is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or property damage.

2. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PetBrilli! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the item is shipped from our warehouse.

If the warehouse has already updated the tracking number, please contact our Customer Support team immediately to assist with the cancellation process. The customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

Return Requirements:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in brand-new, unused, and undamaged condition with the original packaging.Please provide your order number or proof of purchase for verification.

Return Process:

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Unopened/original condition as delivered: Full refund

Opened item returned free of defects and in original condition: Full refund

Device damaged from misuse per intended guidelines: No Refund

If a product is returned with missing accessories or other bundled items that were delivered with the product, the retail price of those items may be deducted from the refund.

Return Method and Timing:

All refunds will be processed quickly after the item has been received by PetBrilli and we have assessed the item’s condition.Any refund will be applied back to the payment method used at the time of the purchase.

Important Note:

All returns must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Defective items are to be determined by the customer support team through troubleshooting and photos.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. PetBrilli will not replace the order or issue a refund.

PetBrilli’s return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
